Qualifications

• PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration and data entry.
• Prepare medications, count, and verify under supervision.
• Administer vaccines and health services where allowed.
• Manage non-clinical workflow and inventory.
• Ensure accurate processing of insurance claims and resolve issues.
• Support managers with training and performance management.
