Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a full-time, certified pharmacy technician to support day-to-day non-clinical operations and ensure efficient workflow.

You will work under a pharmacist and lead non-clinical staff, driving a positive patient experience and high service standards. The role includes registration, prescription data entry, basic health services under supervision, and performance management of technicians.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• PTCB certification is required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under supervision.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care activities including registration and prescription data entry.
• Support vaccine administration and health screening services where allowed by law.
• Delegate non-clinical tasks within company policies to maintain workflow and readiness.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
