Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care activities including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Perform non-clinical tasks under pharmacist supervision to maintain workflow and accuracy.
• Engage customers, answer non-clinical questions and support a positive patient experience.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
