Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time certified pharmacy technician to support non-clinical operations, ensure efficient workflow, and promote a positive patient experience in a Walgreens pharmacy.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will process prescriptions, assist with patient registration and data entry, and help manage inventory and store performance. A valid PTCB certification and one year of tech experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification
• 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Assist pharmacist in delivering patient care, data entry, and prescription processing.
• Lead training, development, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
