Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities to support workflow.
• Operate pharmacy systems to access patient and drug information and process prescriptions under supervision.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians and support staff.
• Engage customers, respond to requests, resolve complaints, and provide a positive patient experience.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care activities, including data entry, medication prep, and vaccine/health service support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in pharmacy operations.
