Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the night shift warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and compliant distribution of medications. You will direct 50+ staff, plan administrative activities, and collaborate with EHS, IT, and Customer Service to support end-to-end pharmacy and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Puerto Rico Pharmacy Active License/Registration required.
• 5+ years pharmacist experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required; Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Rotating night shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift warehouse operations and ensure timely distribution of medications.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate administrative activities; manage inventory and policies.
• Direct daily department operations with 50+ staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for receipt, storage, handling and distribution of medications.
• Provide pharmacist support and oversee operations at pharma/warehouse locations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless pharmacy and warehouse operations.
• Contribute to cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain QA, regulatory compliance and month-end reports.
