Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Team Leader for RX Nocturno in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. This full-time, in-person role supports the Warehouse Supervisor, directing floor operations and coordinating inbound and outbound activities to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree, 5 years in warehousing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and bilingual English/Spanish. The position requires night hours from 6:30pm to 3:00am and lifting up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a must.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor through inbound or outbound management.
• Direct workflows on the floor, including packing, unloading, shipping.
• Coordinate receipt of shipments and scheduling of inbound trucks.
• Foster effective communication with customers and resolve disruptions.
• Produce reports on workforce productivity and quality.
• Participate in daily Operations Huddles and lead Mini-Gembas as needed.
