Capital Health is seeking a Pharmacist to supervise daily operations of the Pharmacy Department, ensuring safe medication management and compliant dispensing. You will direct pharmacists and technicians, manage staffing, and uphold USP 797/800 guidelines across the cost center.

Responsibilities include ensuring readiness for regulatory audits, coordinating with leadership, and delivering high-quality patient care. Experience in health-system pharmacy and leadership are essential for success.

Formación

• Graduates of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
• Active New Jersey Pharmacist License required.
• PGY1 Pharmacy Residency preferred.
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification preferred.
• Master’s Degree in related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises dispensing of all medications and ADC refills.
• Ensures clean room and sterile product procedures are followed.
• Coordinates staff scheduling for continuous service.
• Participates in staff orientation and ongoing training.
• Supports department goals and regulatory compliance.
