Cardinal Health is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to lead a night shift of Associates, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality receive and put-away operations. The role focuses on maintaining on-time shipments and high service levels.

The supervisor will coach staff, monitor efficiency, assign work, and address operational issues while developing the warehouse talent pool and supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience, preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, Spanish, Tagalog, or Punjabi a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work assignments and performance of Leads and Associates. Tracks efficiency and productivity metrics to determine tasks behind- or ahead-of-schedule, guiding Associates to ensure safe, correct completion of receiving and put-away tasks.
• Schedules and prioritizes the work that each group lead and team of associates will complete; tracks attendance and ensures headcount to meet objectives.
• Documents and provides timely measures enforcing policy to drive culture.
• Monitors productivity and quality metrics including cycle times, lines per hour, shortages, damaged units, missed dispatches, and missed scans; reports to Manager, Supervisors and others.
