Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification is required.
• 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with prescription data entry, medication preparation, and calls.
• Support vaccination services and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Delegate and assign non-clinical work to technicians within policy.
• Ensure compliance with laws, inventory management, and reporting.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of technicians.
