Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician to support day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient experiences. Under pharmacist supervision, you will assist with data entry, prescription processing, and non-clinical tasks while supervising technicians and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will lead scheduling, coaching, and performance management, and contribute to inventory management and process improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including registration, data entry and medication prep.
• Handle non-clinical tasks, calls, and health service offerings under pharmacist supervision.
• Support inventory, records, and regulatory reporting per policy and law.
• Lead scheduling, training, and performance management of technicians.
• Assist with vaccine administration, health screenings, and clinic events where allowed.
