Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or business, 3–5 years in healthcare settings, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ healthcare-related experience.
• 1–2 years supervisor experience desired.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pharmacy Technician and Fulfillment teams.
• Coach staff on performance, calls, and cases to ensure accuracy and high service levels.
• Manage work hours, scheduling, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and improve patient experience.
• Identify training needs and provide continuing education to staff.
• Monitor adherence to policies, regulations, and privacy standards (HIPAA).
• Report status updates on KPIs to management.
