Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician in Fort Collins, CO to support non-clinical pharmacy operations and patient services. Under supervision of a pharmacist, you will handle prescription processing, patient registration, data entry, and basic health services within policy and legal guidelines.

You will also lead training and performance management of technicians, assist with inventory, and help ensure a smooth, compliant pharmacy workflow and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required.
• Minimum one year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to obtain immunization certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with patient registration and prescription data entry.
• Prepare medications for patients, count, and verify as allowed by law.
• Support vaccine administration, health screenings, and health services where permitted by law.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory and assist with daily pharmacy scheduling and recordkeeping.
