Job summary

Hometown Pharmacy in Wisconsin is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, lead pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient care.

You will mentor teams, optimize workflows, implement MTM and clinical programs, offer immunization services, and partner with leadership to expand services in a growing independent pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy required.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
