The Hometown Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations, lead pharmacists and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient care.

This role emphasizes mentoring, process improvement, and growing clinical services within a growing independent pharmacy group in Wisconsin. You will drive staffing, quality, and continuous improvement efforts across the team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Wisconsin Immunization Certification.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations with patient safety and teamwork in mind.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop pharmacists, technicians, and staff.
• Create staffing plans balancing patient service with operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, service-oriented work environment.
• Partner with leadership to expand clinical services and MTM programs.
