Walgreens Co. is seeking a full-time, non-clinical pharmacy technician to support day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure a positive patient experience.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will handle patient registration, prescription data entry, medication preparation, and non-clinical tasks while helping manage pharmacy workflow and performance. You will lead training and performance management for technicians, participate in health services where allowed, and assist in inventory, scheduling,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacist with patient registration and prescription data entry under supervision.
• Prepare medications for patients and assist with dispensing processes.
• Support vaccine administration, health screenings, and eligible health services.
• Delegate non-clinical tasks while ensuring compliant operations and workflow.
• Maintain inventory, records, and reporting as required by policy and law.
