Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist in patient registration, prescription data entry, and preparation of medications.
• Handle non-clinical calls and insurance processing; support immunization and health service offerings where allowed by law.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians, including scheduling and development.
