Qualifications

• PTCB certification required.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• One year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care, including data entry and medication preparation.
• Support non-clinical duties and inventory management.
• Register patients, assist with vaccines and health services where allowed.
• Ensure efficient workflow and compliance with policies.
• Lead training and performance coaching of technicians.
• Handle patient communication and insurance processing.
