Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• 1 year of pharmacy technician experience recommended.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities; ensure efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.
• Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy technicians and participate in scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Engage customers, resolve complaints and support patient care activities within regulatory and company guidelines.
