Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and pharmacy tech certification.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision and ensure proper records.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain workflow efficiency and support patient care services where allowed.
• Coordinate pharmacy daily schedule and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws and Good Faith Dispensing guidelines.
