Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (Puerto Rico exception).
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with dispensing and data entry under supervision.
• Support vaccine administration and health screenings as allowed by law.
• Manage non clinical pharmacy operations and daily workflow.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
