Job summary

Harris Teeter in Hampstead, NC is seeking a full-time pharmacist working forty hours per week to provide world-class customer service and top-quality care. You will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with regulations, supervise staff, and administer immunizations following standing orders and procedures.

You will dispense medications, review prescriptions for accuracy, counsel customers, and help maximize profit while minimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing within the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Immunization certification and CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Dispense or compound medications following laws, policies and ethics.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine formulas.
• Verify technicians and interns and ensure medication safety.
• Administer immunizations and perform clinical services as needed.
• Supervise staff and assist in training and scheduling.
