Job summary

Harris Teeter in Carthage, NC, store 212, seeks a licensed pharmacist to join our full-time team. You will perform essential pharmacy duties, immunize customers, review prescriptions, and support store leadership to deliver world-class service.

The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, active license, immunization certification, CPR certification, and strong communication. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and help maximize patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the required state(s).
Immunization certification required; CPR certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to perform pharmacy calculations and ensure accuracy in dispensing.

Responsibilities

Perform all functions of staff pharmacists including support for promotions.
Administer immunizations per standing orders and procedures.
Dispense or compound medications accurately and review prescriptions for safety.
Supervise pharmacy staff, train associates and address complaints as needed.
Maximize gross profit and minimize operating expenses while maintaining compliance.
