Qualifications

• Immunization-certified through a recognized program (e.g., APhA).
• CPR-certified through an accredited organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading a pharmacy team and managing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations as the manager, supporting promotions and divisional goals.
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Administer immunizations and provide clinical services per standards.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and safety; oversee dispensing and compounding.
• Ensure adherence to state/federal laws, HIPAA, and safeguard controlled substances.
• Manage profitability, inventory, recalls, and day-to-day pharmacy functions.
