Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a licensed pharmacist to deliver world class customer service and manage the pharmacy operations in-store. You will maximize profit while minimizing expenses, supervise associates, and ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations.

You will administer immunizations, review prescriptions for accuracy, and coordinate with the pharmacy team to maintain safety and quality. Strong communication and customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Immunization-certified and CPR-certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as a pharmacist in a store covering available shifts.
• Dispense or compound medications to customers per prescriptions while following laws and ethics.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and safety and supervise technicians.
• Administer immunizations following standing orders and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist pharmacy manager with supervision, training and scheduling.
