You will drive KPIs, manage inventory and vendor relations, coach staff, and partner with compliance to uphold USP and board standards while advancing process and technology improvements. Minimum 3+ years in pharmacy operations, with PharmD or CPhT preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy operations or management experience required.
• Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy workflow.
• Experience with pharmacy management/ERP systems.
• PharmD or CPhT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations across locations, including staffing and workflow.
• Drive throughput, turnaround times, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with compliance to uphold USP and board standards.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
