Job summary

Rx Here in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Lead to oversee daily operations across both sites. This full-time role focuses on staffing, workflow, throughput, and quality to ensure safe, efficient pharmacy service.

You will drive KPIs, manage inventory and vendor relations, coach staff, and partner with compliance to uphold USP and board standards while advancing process and technology improvements. Minimum 3+ years in pharmacy operations, with PharmD or CPhT preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy operations or management experience required.
• Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy workflow.
• Experience with pharmacy management/ERP systems.
• PharmD or CPhT preferred.
