Job summary

Rx Here is seeking a Pharmacy Compliance Lead in Fairfax, VA to oversee USP standards and 503A regulatory compliance. The role entails managing 50-state licensing, inspections, and staff training on SOPs.

The incumbent will lead audits, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure documentation integrity while collaborating with the Pharmacy & Clinical department. This is a full-time on-site position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent regulatory/quality background.
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy compliance or regulatory experience.
• Deep working knowledge of 503A regulations and USP standards.
• Experience with multi-state licensing strongly preferred.
• Track record managing board of pharmacy inspections.
• Compliance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit USP 795/797/800 compliance programs.
• Manage multi-state (50-state) pharmacy licensing and registrations.
• Prepare for and manage board of pharmacy and accreditation inspections.
• Develop, maintain, and train staff on SOPs and policies.
• Oversee documentation, recordkeeping, and corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement timely updates.
