BlinkRx is seeking a seasoned pharmacy operations leader to manage a team of pharmacists and leads, ensuring clinical safety and quality in a highly regulated environment on site. You will drive performance, oversee hiring and onboarding, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable pharmacy services while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience leading a team of pharmacists or clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of pharmacy operations team including pharmacists/leads.
• Provide regular performance feedback and career development guidance.
• Drive hiring and onboarding to ensure qualified candidates.
• Address underperformance with coaching or remediation.
• Develop leads so they can run front-line operations independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product/workflows.
• Ensure clinical safety and compliance across prescriptions.
