Job summary

Harris Teeter in Wilmington, NC seeks a licensed pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, dispense medications, and provide exceptional customer service. You will administer immunizations and collaborate with pharmacy leadership on standard procedures and compliance.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing in the relevant state(s).
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
Immunization-certified through APhA and CPR-certified through an accredited organization.

Responsibilities

Work as a pharmacist in a store covering available shifts.
Perform special projects as directed by Pharmacy leadership.
Respond to pharmacy needs for relief coverage and travel to regional locations as needed.
Administer immunizations following standing orders and procedures.
Dispense or compound medications in compliance with laws and company policies.
Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
Supervise and verify work of technicians and interns.
Maintain safety, quality assurance and HIPAA compliance.
