Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities for all pharmacy technicians and coordinates daily pharmacy operations.
• Recruits, retains, and trains pharmacy technician personnel.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, quality and performance improvement, diversion and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and implements new policies, procedures and services and technologies/automation.
• Pharmacy IT liaison for operations-based technology functions, vendor relations and issue resolution.
