Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in delivery of patient care, including prescription data entry and medication preparation.
• Manage non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Train and supervise pharmacy technicians; handle performance management.
• Handle insurance claims processing and customer service within policy.
• Coordinate immunization clinics and community outreach as directed.
