Qualifikationen

• Serve as the pharmacist decision authority for prescriptions requiring professional judgment.
• Resolve escalations in real time during scheduled shifts to address issues at the point of work.
• Codify escalation types into documented decision guidance aligned with verification standards.
• Act as a subject-matter resource on prescription escalations across LillyDirect Pharmacy and cross-functional partners.
• Manage in-shift service levels for the prescription queue and intervene or elevate as needed.
• Forecast licensed coverage needs and advise pharmacy leadership on staffing and resources.
• Verify accuracy of prescription orders and resolve issues with prescribers and patients.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Risk Management on deviations and corrective actions.
• Work with logistics, operations, customer support, and IT to streamline processes and improve patient satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends and translate into operational improvements.
