Job summary

LillyDirect Pharmacy Operations in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced Pharmacist to maintain verification standards and perform quality review for LillyDirect Pharmacy. This role ensures accurate prescription verification, documents findings, and develops training content to scale direct-to-patient services.

The position emphasizes patient safety, compliance, and collaboration across QA, Regulatory Affairs, and IT, with a mix of on-site and remote work per Lilly policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active, unrestricted Indiana pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice or pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain verification standards for LillyDirect prescriptions and recommend updates.
• Conduct quality reviews of completed prescription work for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Manage audit sampling and quality-review workload with capacity planning input.
• Document review findings as pharmacy records and share with QA and Regulatory colleagues.
• Analyze quality trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain training content, outcomes, and competency criteria.
