Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license (Indiana) in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmacy practice or operations.
• Experience with vendor relationships and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own third-party vendor relationships for LillyDirect Pharmacy operations.
• Define and maintain service level framework and KPIs for third-party services.
• Lead recurring service reviews and remediation plans with vendors and leadership.
• Partner with Procurement and Legal on contract governance (scope, terms, renewals).
• Provide input to vendor spend forecasting and contract budgeting for leadership.
• Translate performance data into reporting for leadership (trends, risks, actions).
• Verify prescription order accuracy as licensed capacity allows.
• Collaborate with IT, logistics, customer support to streamline processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovations to operations.
