Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis seeks an Associate Director, Integration of Automation Pharmacist to lead automation and system-integration work for LillyDirect Pharmacy Operations, serving as the technical authority on validation. The role defines requirements, configures changes, and validates deployments to reduce manual work while safeguarding patient safety.

The successful candidate will partner with Lilly IT and vendors, manage release control, and drive improvements in pharmacy

Qualificações

• Bachelor or PharmD degree required.
• Active Indiana pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy practice or operations experience.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the automation and system-integration roadmap into requirements, configuration, validation, and release.
• Serve as the technical authority for automation validation across LillyDirect Pharmacy: define the validation approach and acceptance criteria.
• Recommend sequencing and prioritization of the automation roadmap to leadership, based on validation results and trends.
• Execute testing and validation for prescription data automation and document outcomes as pharmacy records.
• Diagnose automation accuracy gaps and design corrective solutions with measurable targets.
• Own exception routing logic and workflow rules in partnership with operations and quality teams.
• Manage the automation delivery plan, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing for roadmap planning.
• Measure operational impact of automation and report results to leadership to inform decisions.
