Job summary

Community Health Centers is seeking a Pharmacy Technician MTM to support pharmacists in improving population-based and patient-specific medication outcomes. You will assist with medication reconciliation, patient education, and therapeutic plans while processing prescriptions, billing, and inventory management across CHC locations.

The role requires licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in Florida, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to all CHC sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
• Certified as a Pharmacy Technician by PTCB or NHA or must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Current Florida Driver's License required.
• Background screening through Florida Clearinghouse may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist/MTM Manager with medication management and patient education.
• Fill prescriptions and bill third parties; collect payments from patients.
• Maintain drug inventory and perform inventory counts.
• Enter patient information and insurance data into pharmacy software; submit insurance claims.
