Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance billing.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients with empathetic counseling on medications, interactions, and safety.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, staffing, scheduling, and store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Provide clinical and wellness services such as immunizations and disease state management.
