Walgreens Co. is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead a high-performing pharmacy team in delivering clinical services, immunizations, and comprehensive medication management.

You will ensure compliant dispensing, optimize workflow, and drive patient-centric care across operations. The role emphasizes staff development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with store leadership to improve patient outcomes and pharmacy financials.

Formación

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in respective states.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days.
• 1+ year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, compliance, and insurance billing.

Responsabilidades

• Engages patients to ensure a positive patient experience and answers questions about medications and services.
• Oversees compounding, dispensing, verification, and medication management.
• Manages pharmacy staff scheduling, roles, and performance reviews.
• Ensures licensing, credentialing, and training are maintained for staff.
• Analyzes pharmacy financials, inventory, and customer service metrics for performance improvement.
• Develops relationships with local medical providers and the community to promote health services and growth.
