Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
Active pharmacist license in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
At least 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, compliance, and operations.
Experience with state and federal controlled substance laws.

Responsibilities

Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, and OTC products.
Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee pharmacy operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
