Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D and licensed in the states within the district.
• Immunizer certification or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and insurance billing.
• Experience with Walgreen Co. is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medicine usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy.
• Perform pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Review, interpret, and dispense prescribed medications accurately.
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with regulations and policies; manage staff scheduling and training.
• Lead and engage pharmacy staff to maintain high customer service and performance.
