Kroger in Warsaw, IN is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice, budget performance, staff development, and exceptional customer service, while complying with state and federal laws. You will lead the pharmacy team, maintain records, optimize inventory and labor costs, manage third-party billing, support clinical services, and partner with physicians on public health initiatives.

Pharm.D.

Qualifications

Pharm.D. degree from an accredited school.
Licensed pharmacist in good standing.
Minimum 2+ years of related retail experience.

Responsibilities

Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team to reduce patient wait times.
Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives for the division pharmacy department.
Direct the pharmacy to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals.
Ensure compliance with all state/federal laws and company policies; maintain records.
Monitor third-party profitability and resolve billing issues promptly.
Schedule staff to optimize labor costs and productivity.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to direct reports.
