The role includes staff leadership, workflow optimization, and collaboration with providers to enhance patient outcomes. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and customer service is required.

Formación

• Pharmacist degree required (BS/PharmD).
• Current pharmacist licensure in applicable states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Counsels patients on medicine usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Performs drug therapy reviews and medication management.
• Ensures compliant dispensing and Good Faith practices.
• Collaborates with Store Manager to plan staff and pharmacy operations.
• Delivers immunizations and wellness services as part of patient care.
• Maintains pharmacy IT systems, inventory, and documentation.
• Builds relationships with local medical community to promote health services.
