Job summary

You will oversee staff performance, optimize workflow, champion immunizations and clinical services, and partner with local providers to promote health outcomes.

This role requires a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, active licensure, immunizer certification, and 1+ year of pharmacy leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and licensure in applicable states.
• Immunizer certification or willing within 90 days.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience incl. dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Experience with prescription dispensing and controlled substances laws.
• No recent disciplinary actions (internal candidates).

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic patient consulting and resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Counsel on medicine use, interactions, side effects, generics, and OTC options.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies; manage scheduling and workflow.
• Oversee training, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Analyze pharmacy performance data and inventory; protect assets.
• Develop relationships with local medical community and promote services.
• Lead events to reflect communities served.
