Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a dynamic team in a high-volume community pharmacy. You will ensure safe dispensing, clinical services, immunizations, and patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will manage workflow, inventory, and staff performance, driving patient experience and Walgreens service excellence across operations and pharmacy teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D required.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.

Responsabilités

• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and contraindications.
• Performs pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispenses prescribed medications accurately and reviews for compliance.
• Ensures pharmacy operations comply with regulations and policies, oversees scheduling and staffing.
• Maintains IT knowledge of pharmacy systems and supports staff and patients.
