Meijer in Michigan is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations, hire staff, and ensure safe prescription fulfillment. You will oversee clinical services, immunization programs, and financial performance while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, active pharmacist licensure, CPR and immunization certifications, and at least 3 years in retail with 1 year in management. Strong leadership and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy is required.
• Registered Pharmacist in the practice state is required.
• CPR Certification and Immunization Certification are required.
• Experience in retail/community practice is required.
• One year of management experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Staffing selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Fills prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Implements and executes pharmacy programs including financial results, clinical services, labor, inventory, and profitability.
• Educates and mentors pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Lead and develop team members to achieve results and growth.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal regulations.
