Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist in our pharmacy operations to lead staffing, training, and daily clinical services.

You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, ensure accurate prescription filling, and implement pharmacy programs that improve patient care and profitability. Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy, are licensed in the state, and have immunization certification with CPR.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree or PharmD and state licensure.
• Immunization certification and CPR required.
• Retail/community pharmacy experience with leadership exposure.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, hiring, and performance reviews for pharmacists and technicians.
• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Lead clinical and patient services programs in the pharmacy.
• Educate and mentor staff to improve teamwork and service quality.
• Ensure inventory management, scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Comply with all corporate policies and legal requirements.
