Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day operations in the Pharmacy. Responsibilities include staffing, training, financial management, inventory control, scheduling, and delivering excellent patient service with a focus on safety and compliance.

The role requires a Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent, active pharmacist license, CPR, and immunization certification. Prior retail management experience is preferred; immunization services may be offered where

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Staffing selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Fills prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Implements pharmacy programs including financial results and clinical services.
• Educates and mentors pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to policies and laws.
