Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or PharmD degree required and licensed pharmacist.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist credential.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail/community pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Prepares and conducts performance reviews of pharmacists and technicians.
• Documents and applies disciplinary actions.
• Fills prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Implements and executes pharmacy programs focusing on financial results, clinical services, labor, inventory, stock loss, security, patient services and profitability.
• Educates and mentors pharmacists and technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivates team members to perform to their highest level.
• Holds team members accountable for results and expands pharmacy growth.
• Strong leadership and development capabilities with policy and regulatory compliance.
