Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Indiana.
• Pharmacy leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in retail/pharmacy practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Staffing selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Conduct performance reviews of pharmacists and technicians.
• Document and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Implement and manage pharmacy programs including clinical services and profitability.
• Educate and mentor pharmacists and technicians to build a strong team.
• Drive patient safety and adherence to policies and regulations.
